Trolley restrictions - Our policy of 'Trolleys Fitted with Fairway Protectors Only' came in to force on 23rd November. This policy helps to keep the course in far better condition during the wet winter months and prevents the need for a trolley ban.
Greens - Our USGA (sand based) Summer greens are in play ALL YEAR ROUND except when there is a frost. Even on days when there is an early frost we change back to summer greens as soon as they have thawed enough to allow play without damaging the grass.
Tees - Grass tees are in play ALL YEAR ROUND (par 3's may be on mats at times). There may be very rare occasions following extreme weather conditions when grass tees are not playable - in those circumstances the whole course is likely to be closed along with most other courses.
Buggies - Subject to course conditions Buggies may be available to players with a current medical certificate during winter months - £15 (£12 members). Please phone to check.
Paths - There are astroturf, brick and slate paths around much of the course.
