NEW Membership Catagory for 2012

Finally a simple but refreshing solution to a age old problem.  You'd like to play at weekends but cannot justify either the time or expense to become a 7-day member.

The answer is 5 Day+

As per 5 day membership, you can play Monday through to Friday, but now you can also tread the course at the weekends too.  For only a little over £100 more per year than 5 day membership, you can play at off-peak times Saturday and Sundays, whilst you cant enter any competitions at the w'end though, its a great solution for social golfing.

We should be at the top of your list when it comes to Golf Membership because we offer pound for pound the best value golf of any golf course in the South Cheshire and North Staffordshire area. We dont heavily advertise our Membership openings like so many other courses, because quite simply word of mouth and a constantly improving website do the talking for us.  A little more about us..

We cater for a wide range of abilities, male and female, old and young.  It is true that there are traditions, rules and etiquette in golf, however, the starting point at Gorstyhill is simply to respect our more relaxed approach to joining.  This is a matter of being courteous and considerate towards staff, other members and the course itself - so just normal, everyday etiquette in any walk of life.

The Rules and etiquette specific to golf can be learned and our existing members or staff will be happy to explain without being condescending - they were all beginners once (even the Seniors!).  We encourage new members and aim to help all players to enjoy their golf - social and competitive.

Golf Membership at Gorstyhill has grown 20% in the last year (Feb 10 - Jan 11) and 60% since February 2008 - how many clubs can say that?  

This is not just luck, there is a lot of competition out there!  It shows consistent, positive growth over a number of years - so we must be doing something right.  At this rate of growth we will need to consider when to limit membership - so now is the perfect time to join! 

All memberships include members golf insurance union fees and VAT.  
Full Membership Year runs from 1st April to 31 March.  
Pro-Rata Membership available at any time during the year.

Age at 1/4/11

Payment options include cash, cheque and debit card.
Credit card and Direct Debit payment options are available at additional charge

*5 Day Full Membership based on 7 payments of £45 per month joining from 1st September 2011 until 31st March 2012, based on our DD payment option.
